Also, Through a detailed physique assessment, we’ll establish a clear baseline of where you are starting from, allowing us to set realistic and motivating SMART goals.

    What distinguishes me in the fitness industry is my commitment to authenticity and specialization.
    If a client’s goal is unrealistic, I am very transparent about it.

    2. Training & Nutrition program

    After the goal setting and physical assessment, I create the fitness and nutrition program, for every individual client, starting from ground zero.

    I do NOT believe in cookie-cutter programs, and when creating one I consider not only the client's goals, but also:

    As for nutrition, using evidence-based protocols and methods I calculate the amount of calories the client needs per day and week, based on the goal we set, as well as:

    Lastly, I am a big believer and preacher of: β€œgive a man a fish – he eats for a day, teach a man to fish – he eats for life”.

    That’s right, before the program is over, I make sure the client knows more than enough about: training, injury prevention, as well as food and nutrition, so that they can take care of not only themselves, but to also pass the knowledge to their family and loved ones.

    In other words, before we are done – I make sure the client never needs a coach again!

    I will guide you every step of the way, making sure you do stay on track throughout the whole time we work together.

    That is why I do NOT sell training or nutrition programs, but a full mentorship program.
